Can I personalize my gift?

Most of our products can be personalized. If you don’t see the option to personalize something, just ask.

 What processes do you use?

Depending on the product, we might be using our laser engraver, sublimation system, or giclee printer.

Dave likes to joke that I am always finding ways to “play with my toys”.

 Can you combine jurisdictions for Grand Representatives into one design?

Of course, we can.  Rainbow Grand Representatives often have multiple jurisdictions such as Indiana and Kentucky – INKY – and we can create a unique design just for you.

Will you be able to create something using a trademarked emblem?

We are not able to use copyrighted or trademarked images without proper permission.

 Do you offer special products for New York Eastern Star?

Yes, we certainly do!  We have an exclusive design just for New York OES and we can print this on a wide variety of products. If you want it on a specific item, just let us know.

 Custom and personalized orders

Please ensure your text for personalization and shipping address is fully correct before submitting your order.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. If you do notice a mistake on your order and it has not shipped yet, please message us immediately.

Please write out all names, titles, dates, and any other text that should be engraved and include all instructions or modifications desired. To avoid confusion, we do not automatically insert titles or any other text based on which style you choose, so please write out everything to be printed or engraved.

Note that colors may vary slightly according to your monitor or display.

Do you offer Mock Ups or Proofs?

Yes, we certainly offer mock-ups and/or proofs when requested.  In addition, we generally send a proof for most presentation gifts.  We ask that you double check the spelling and titles.


Can you handle orders with deadlines?

If you need your order by a certain date it is IMPERATIVE that you start an email Conversation with us ASAP to confirm delivery by your deadline.

After your order has been shipped, we will email you tracking information. US shipping is estimated at 2-7 business days from the date of shipment. International shipping is normally 1-2 weeks for Canada and 2-3 weeks for all other countries.

Please use your estimated ship date and the above shipping times to calculate the date your package should arrive to you - if you have a deadline that is within 5 business days of the date your package is estimated to arrive, we recommend that you use upgraded shipping or a rush order. Delays are rare, but do occur, especially during the holidays!

 Can I change my order? - Text, Notes, Engraving Options, etc

We begin work on your order as soon as you place it, so we cannot make any changes after the order has been placed. Please double check your notes before submitting! If you wish to make a change to your order, you may message us and request change, but please be advised that we cannot guarantee any changes made after the order has been placed. If you message us and request a change, we may be able to attempt to change it, but we cannot guarantee that any changes will be able to be made. We ask that all cancellation requests be made within 2 hours of the order being placed. We cannot guarantee any cancellations after that.
